Gene Feenker, A Great Man goes home to be with Jesus!
Sunday Morning one of the great visionaries at Celebration Church goes home to be with Jesus. My friend, Gene Feenker, died early Sunday Morning in his home on Gaston Ave. As far as I am concerned, Gene Feenker is one of the finest men in the whole world. I remember so many times going over to his house and talking about what Celebration Church could be. He would say "Pastor, I can see thousands of people at Celebration Church." We would sing worship songs, pray, and always talk about the goodness of God. We will all miss him, but I guarantee you his life will be remembered by the prophetic words he spoke and the Godly life he lived!
Please be in prayer for the family! Our staff could be in contact with you regarding providing meals and visits for the next 3 weeks for the family so be alert. The viewing for Gene will be here in Fairhope on friday, June 5th at 11am at Bayview in Fairhope. The Graveside will follow at Pine Rest in Foley, Al.
Thanks Tim

This weekend Pastor Tim kicked off 09′ with a 2 week series called Vital Signs at Celebration Church. It was an investigative look at our lives personally and next weekend will look at the church as a whole. He also introduced a VITAL SIGNS CHALLENGE which included a 14 day Daniel Fast for the whole church. Over 60 families accepted the challenge and started this week. The prayer strategy included praying for three things. 1) The People of CC become more healthy than they have ever been 2) We reach more people than we have ever reached 3) God supply all the needs and more for 2009. Get ready for an incredible year at CCF
